Toby Snip’s Grandpa (Sue Snip’s father), and the Doctor at the Surgery. Although a fabulous doctor, he is, unfortunately, extremely accident-prone, therefore constantly requiring the attention of Nurse Diddy. He features heavily in the series as the main grown-up male. When he arrives anywhere, you have the distinct impression that he started off the day looking very smart, and somehow, something happened on route, causing the disheveled look which now adorns him! Dr Bumbler is a bit of an enthusiast, and loves nothing better than to go and play on Tinker the train! He is a great fan of Nurse Diddy, and loves a good chuckle!
