Eleven year Russ Masterson is as obsessed with cars as he is frustrated with his home life.
When he receives a mysterious package through the post containing a model car, he at first is unaware of the phenomenal hidden powers held within.
The car is a LOCOMOTOR which energises, sucking Russ in and transporting him to another dimension, the LOCOMOTOR WORLD, where only the winners of the race survive.
